List of Functional Requirements for 401(k) Plan module:
- 1. Receive eligibility feeds from the Eligibility module that indicate who is and who is not eligible to participate in the Plan.
- 2. Enroll and de-enroll participants
- 3. Track payments received from employers each month via Consolidated Contribution Accounting Module and provisions of Contracts Module
- 4. Electronically receive and process the detail listing of individual member contributions each month from the Combined Remittance Form (CRF).
- 5. Transfer data to the 401k Plan Administration Company (Principal).
- 6. Maintain scans of the Enrollment Form, Change Form, and Hardship Form
- 7. Suspend 401(k) Enrollees on zero contribution
- 8. Maintain yearly FICA limit
- 9. Produce Monthly Cash Summary by Month
- 10. Produce Monthly Cash Summary by Employer
- 11. Produce Paid Employer Report
- 12. Produce Member Payment Report
- 13. Conversion of existing 401(k) enrollments from MS Access database
