List of Functional Requirements for ITP module:
- 1. Receive eligibility feeds from the Eligibility module that indicate who is and who is not eligible for ITP.
- 2. Maintain ITP courses and ITP teachers
- 3. Create ITP classes and semester schedules
- 4. Open and maintain ITP files for members
- 5. Track student attendance and produce monthly attendance report
- 6. An annual Training Program Evaluation report by calendar year and by school year
- 7. ITA Registration & Billing (managing 50 dollar deposit and return of deposit or forfeiture)
- 8. Generate various letters (e.g., memos, information for student, semester schedule information)
- 9. Arrange TABE Tests (schedule test, register participants) and post test results
- 10. Arrange Practical Tests (schedule test, register participants) and post test results
- 11. Manage ITP graduate surveys
- 12. Conversion of existing ITP information for several MS Access databases and MS Excel spreadsheets
