List of Functional Requirements for IU module:

• 1. Automatic and manual maintenance of member IU statuses
  • a. Manually change member’s IU status. It is accessible from Union Member Profile and Update IU Status operation
  • b. Some IU statuses are to be set by system automatically (Changed By = System) :
    • When new Local 6 member is added, set IU status to “Initiation”
    • When Initiation Fee is paid off, set IU status to “Roster”
    • When member has two prior months of non-payment of dues, set IU status to “Suspended”
    • When “Date of Death” is entered, set IU status to “Deceased”
    • When suspended member pays off “Reinstatement Fee”, set IU status to “Re-Instated”
• 2. Conversion of member IU statuses from NCS
• 3. Produce Monthly Per Capita Report
