List of Functional Requirements for IU module:
- 1. Automatic and manual maintenance of member IU statuses
- a. Manually change member’s IU status. It is accessible from Union Member Profile and Update IU Status operation
- b. Some IU statuses are to be set by system automatically (Changed By = System) :
- When new Local 6 member is added, set IU status to “Initiation”
- When Initiation Fee is paid off, set IU status to “Roster”
- When member has two prior months of non-payment of dues, set IU status to “Suspended”
- When “Date of Death” is entered, set IU status to “Deceased”
- When suspended member pays off “Reinstatement Fee”, set IU status to “Re-Instated”
- 2. Conversion of member IU statuses from NCS
- 3. Produce Monthly Per Capita Report
